The name of this organization shall be known as Juaso Community Association of the United States of America, Inc. and herein after referred to as “JOCAUSA INC.”

The governing body of JOCAUSA, Inc. consists of a Board of Trustees elected by the General Membership Assembly on a bi-annual basis.

JOCAUSA INC. COMMITTEES
 
Decision making in JOCAUSA starts at the General Membership Assembly meeting through brainstorming and open forum discussions.  After approval is reached, implementation is assigned to any three voluntary committee teams who provide final guidelines to the General Membership Assembly.
